This proposal is aimed at groups, families or companies that seek to approach nature in a different way.
A Forest bath that consists of letting yourself be imbued and seduced by all the elements of the nature that we are going to find through the path we will follow. A path during which the guide will help you to open your mind, be more receptive and more conscious of all the benefits that the contact with nature gifts us.
Observe, touch, smell, listen, taste. We will take a different approach to the nature that surrounds us.
In return, we will reduce stress and relax our minds and bodies.
Forest baths are a practice that was originated during the 80’s in Japan, under the name of Shinrin-Yoku, a term that can be translated as “Forest Bath“, or “taken the atmosphere of the forest” . There, forest baths are recommended as preventive medicine, and their scientifically proven benefits are, among many others:
- Boosting the immune system
- Increase vital energy
- Reduce anxiety and depression
- Reduce stress and take us to a state of relaxation
